Made from a blend of our three best plots, situated in the heart of  Pouilly itself, complementing each other to deliver a full bodied, rich and complex wine. This fine wine, the « Cuvée Prestige » is a truly seductive wine.
The nose is fruity, the taste is long and powerful, together it makes a well-balanced finish.
Ideal with fish and seafood: scallops, monkfish…..
Rich and generous, this wine is very pleasant when drunk young but will be more expressive after 2 or 3 years.
This wine can be lain down for up to 8-10 years. As it ages it will seduce you with a slight toasted flavour with a hint of truffle and almond.
