This Pouilly Fuisse is a fine and elegant wine, that is appreciated when young but also evolves beautifully with age revealing many new characteristics.
 
Ideally accompagnied with fish, shellfish, seafood, frogs legs, poultry and last but not least goats cheese.
 
You can lay down this wine for up to 6-8 years if you wish.
