This Pouilly Fuisse is a fine, elegant and well balanced wine that you can appreciate when young but which also evolves superbly revealing all sorts of subtle flavours (promoting a long lingering finish).
 
Ideally served with fish, shellfish and seafood, frogs legs, poultry with white sauce and not forgetting, goats cheese.
 
It will keep for 6-8 years.
